If you are having difficulty applying our product to your application, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Even if we can’t answer your question immediately, we will endeavour to find the information you require.

Spare parts are available for all of our products. Please note that some parts are not available for units over ten years old. If you need a spare part, please contact us for a quote. If possible, please supply the unit model type, serial number, part number (from the circuit diagram in the user manual) and part description. If you’d like a quote for a part, please email us, ring us, or use our product support request form.
