Do you sell to end customers?
Our business model relies on building strong commercial relations with distributors around the world. Therefore, our products are only available through authorised distributors.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
We offer a one year return to base parts and labour warranty as standard on all our products.
Can I extend the warranty on my instruments?
Yes, all new products are subject to a 1 year warranty extension. Register yours by completing the form on our Warranty Registration page.
Do you provide repair / calibration services?
Yes, we actually advise our end customers to perform repairs through either us or our approved distributors. The repair work will be charged accordingly and it will have to follow our existing procedures.
I need my instrument repaired, how should I proceed?

What are your preferred shipping terms?
We provide free delivery for brand new instruments in the United Kingdom. For rest of the world, our preferred shipping terms are Ex. Works.
Where can I find the user manual / datasheet for a product?
User manuals & datasheets can be download from the Useful Documents section under each product page. For older versions of the instrument please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you provide Calibration Certificates with your instruments?
Yes, every brand new instrument comes with its own Calibration Certificate.
Do you provide spare parts for your products?
Yes, we are able to provide spare parts for our products, subject to availability and existing stocks.
Do you sell Earthing Sticks and Discharge Probes on their own?
Yes, we are more than happy to sell these products individually.
Do metal case and pelican case versions of a product have the same price?
They do not, metal case version is cheaper.
Is your range of High Voltage Detectors limited to the ones advertised on the website?
It is not, we can provide a larger selection of High Voltage Detectors than the one advertised. Contact us for more information.
I have an old 100A unit and looking for an upgrade. What do you recommend?
We recommend upgrading to 200ADM-P. It is capable of doing everything the 100ADM can do and much, much more.
