We offer a full Repair and Calibration service covering the our entire range of products. Our service includes a full safety check, calibration check, and adjustment of calibration if required. In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, we will be happy to repair it free of charge within the first year after purchase (provided that the fault is not due to misuse). After this period, we will make a charge of £110 to determine the extent of any work necessary.

All repair work will be quoted for in advance and work will only be carried out with your approval. If the unit is also to be recalibrated, this charge will be waived and the usual calibration charges will apply. In addition, if we find a fault during re-calibration, we will always contact you with a quote before carrying out any repairs.

If you need a unit repaired or recalibrated, please send it to:

  • T&R Test Equipment Limited
  • 15 – 16 Woodbridge Meadows
  • Guildford
  • Surrey
  • GU1 1BJ
  • United Kingdom

Please enclose the following information:

  • Contact name
  • Company
  • Contact telephone number
  • Contact fax number
  • Return address
  • Description of problem

On receipt of a repair unit, we will prepare a repair test report and contact you with a quote for the repair work. Please ensure that the unit is well packed, preferably in its original packing case. A cardboard box or bubble wrap is not sufficient – some badly packed units have been damaged in transit in the past. Units returned in inappropriate packaging will be returned in a new packing case (for which we will make a small charge).

* Please Note. KV50-100 / KV50-200 / KV100-100 and Derivatives Repair and Calibration

Any units sent to us for calibration or repair must have a certificate to show that they are free of PCB content or have a level below 2ppm BEFORE they are sent to our factory. Charges for T&R Test Equipment to test for PCB will apply.
