Description
The Z-OVR Overhead Lead Set serves as a replacement for the output and earth leads of your Z-OVR Cable Impedance Test System. The set includes three output cables, one for each phase, and one earth cable. They come in a pelican transport case. The output cables are red, yellow, and blue. The earth injection lead is green. All cables are 10 meters long. They have duplex leads with Kelvin clamps for easy connection to overhead lines. The maximum conductor size is 80mm in diameter.
Each lead has a 12mm² current injection cable with a 6mm connector. It also has a 6mm² voltage sense cable with a 4mm shrouded plug. This configuration ensures accurate data acquisition. The Z-OVR Overhead Lead Set is rated at 80A, CAT I, 300V. The voltage ratings apply to the cables and connectors used with the output unit.
For safety, the cables have un-insulated clamps. Connect them only to lines that should NOT be handled when the output is active. Make all connections with the power supply off and the cables unplugged from the output unit.
